Begin at Raxaul Railway Station and cross into Nepal at Birgunj with full border assistance, then wind through the hills to Pokhara — Nepal's lake city, set against the Annapurna range. Rise early for the Sarangkot sunrise over the Himalayas before a full day exploring Pokhara's temples, caves and waterfalls: Bindhyabasini Temple, Mahendra and Bat (Chamere) Caves, Devi's Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave and the Pumdikot Shiva Statue, with optional boating on Phewa Lake. En route, stop for darshan at the Manakamana Temple via cable car. Three days, twin-sharing hotel stays, private vehicle throughout, and a Hindi/English speaking driver — all the way back to Raxaul.
